Full-Service Interior Design for Large Scale Renovations, Kitchens, and Bathrooms

Services vary by project, but may include:

  • In-home kickoff meeting.

  • Conceptual design to define the project direction.

  • Creation of floor plans and elevations (for renovations where no structuring is required).

  • Sourcing of materials, fixtures, and samples.

  • Meeting with trades to review your project.

  • Final presentation and approval of design.

  • Design documentation and specifications for your contractor.

  • Support throughout the construction process.

Full-Service Interior Design for Custom Home Builds

Building new? New homes come with a long list of big decisions! From full finish selections to cabinetry, lighting, flooring, tile, and everything in between, Jessi will provide a comprehensive and stress-free design experience for your custom home. Jessi has strong expertise in providing added value at many stages in the new build process:

  • Reviewing and revising floor plans to ensure client expectations have been met, optimal flow and functionality exist, and spatial organization is innovative and distinctive.

  • Developing and/or reviewing millwork drawings and details that can be used to better communicate with your cabinetry fabricator.

  • Light fixture specifications, dimensioned placement for light sources, and support during your electrical walk-through to help with switching and placement.

  • Specifying all interior finish materials, including flooring, tile, countertops, paint, and wall finishes.

  • Selecting plumbing and door hardware, doors, windows, and trim.

  • Providing support and advice when questions arise and decisions must be made quickly.

Your Path to Elevating the Everyday

  • 01 | Consultation

    Each new project begins with an in-home consultation to learn more about your vision and lifestyle needs, review the investment you’d like to make, and ensure my services align perfectly with your project goals. This is also a great opportunity for us to meet, get to know each other, and build a solid working relationship as we start the process of creating a beautifully liveable home for you and your loved ones to enjoy. 

    All in-person consultations carry a one-time fee of $350.

  • 02 | Proposal & On-Boarding

    Post consultation, I will deliver a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design fees, and estimated design time. You’ll be able to accept, sign, and make an initial deposit to confirm your spot on my design calendar. Congratulations! You’ll be officially welcomed as a client, and I’ll send over additional details to complete the onboarding process.

  • 03 | Project Kick-Off

    This is the official start date for design work to begin. For renovations, I will schedule an in-home visit to take measurements and photos and dig deeper into your design goals and style. 

    If your project is a custom new build, we will dive into the process and review your plans, allowances, and construction schedule.

  • 04 | The Design Phase

    With a full understanding of your lifestyle, design aesthetic, and goals, I'll move into full design modeto prepare the perfect plan for your space. We will review initial concepts to confirm the design direction, and when all of the details are in place, you’ll enjoy an in-home presentation to see all the gorgeous details and functional aspects I’ve planned for you.

  • 05 | The Design Support Phase

    Once the design plan is approved, I will complete the final plan set and specifications to hand over to your contractor for execution. Your contractor will provide estimates and their timeline if they have not already during the design process. I’ll be there every step of the way to answer questions, meet with your contractor and other trades during key phases, troubleshoot if a dilemma arises, and ensure conformity to the design plan.
